My cat has pulled the weather strip off, can I get a replacement?

Yes, replacement weather seals for the Ultra Clear Pet Door is available here.

*2 x Weather Seal strips are required for the #1159 Medium Ultra Clear Pet Door

For added strength, apply super glue to hold weather seal in place.

The flap has cracked, can I replace it?

Unfortunately we don't sell replacement flaps on the website, however we may be able to help. Please reach out to Customer Support.

How do the locks work?

By adjusting the lock, you can have full control over when and how your pet uses the door, depending on your needs.

In Only: This setting allows your pet to enter the house, but not exit. It’s perfect for keeping your pet indoors when you want to prevent them from going outside.

Out Only: This setting allows your pet to exit, but prevents them from re-entering. Use this when you want your pet to go outside but don’t want them to return until you’re ready to let them in.

Open: This setting gives your pet free access to come and go as they please. It’s ideal when you want to allow unrestricted access to the pet door.

Closed: In this setting, the pet door is fully locked, preventing both exit and entry. Use this when you need to restrict all access to the pet door, such as when you’re away or want to ensure your pet stays indoors.

IN ONLY

Allows your pet to enter the house, but not exit. It’s perfect for keeping your pet indoors when you want to prevent them from going outside.

OUT ONLY

Allows your pet to exit, but prevents them from re-entering. Use this when you want your pet to go outside but don’t want them to return until you’re ready to let them in.

OPEN

CLOSED
