RETURN POLICY

If you need to return an item, please read below carefully:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns requested outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging & paying for their own return shipping.
    We do not provide return shipping labels.

  • If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, submit a Warranty Claim instead so we can assess & assist as quickly as possible.


HOW TO RETURN

  1. Fill out this Contact Form & select Return as the Enquiry Type.

  2. Once approved, we'll provide a return address & instructions.

  3. Returned items must be in reasonable condition and include all hardware & parts in the original packaging.

  4. A full refund will be processed once the items are received & inspected, excluding original shipping fees when you placed your order (if applicable).

  • This policy applies to items purchased from our AU store, hakunapets.com.au

  • If you purchased from our US store, hakunapets.com, submit your return request there.

  • If you purchased elsewhere (e.g. Amazon, Bunnings, retailers), you must return your product to the original place of purchase.

WARRANTY POLICY

We provide a standard 1-year warranty for most products, with an extended warranty for selected products.
