"The glass pet door only took 4 days from order to arruval. Very efficient delivery. My son installed it and had no trouble with it. It matches the sliding door colour. It is able to be locked so i feel much safer in my home. The dogs got used to it quite quickly . With the recent bad weather in Adelaide it was great in stopping wind and rain. "Was fairly easy to put together and install. The lock part from the door frame when you attach it to the frame of the dog door did not sit well. Have put cardboard behind it to sit it out but will grind the frame so it fits in better. My dog was hesitant to use it. In my old house he had a light hard plastic door he went through. This is heavier bendable plastic and not sure if it is a magnet at the bottom but it is abit noisy in the middle of the night. He can get in and out of it but after 2 weeks he is still reluctant when I am home to use it. Probably says more about my dog than the door!!!"
"I ordered the Small with one extension for an apartment sliding door with a height of 2+metres. Product came quickly with all the required parts. Instructions were clear enough. The Doot fit well and although I had some technical issues, Mitchell walked me through what to do throughout the process and gave me the reassurance I needed. Some bits are abit fiddly but overall, very happy with it!"
"The door was sent in a cardboard box and required some assembly. The separate pieces went together with little effort and was very smooth. After assembly, the door fitted very nicely into the grooves of the glass sliding door and next to the actual sliding. Overall, very fine product."

"I was talked into getting this by my wife’s friend, to be honest I wish I’d just gone to Bunnings and bought there’s. There is a huge gap at the top on the side of the the spring loaded top plate, I contacted Hakuna and got no satisfactory answer, I have subsequently found out that my wife’s friend had the same issue, I have had to make a piece to fit and make draught proof. . No I would not recommend unfortunately."

Not sure how secure it is since there’s nothing locking it in place, I didn’t want to try exerting too much force. Would be good if the door is replaced with a more rigid transparent material so it closes properly."
