• We ship Australia-wide, including to WA & remote areas with tracking provided via Sendle or Australia Post to street addresses & Parcel Lockers with some exclusions (see below).

• Orders are processed & dispatched at 7am AEST Mon – Fri. Orders placed after 7am will be dispatched the next business day.

• Items left unclaimed for 2 weeks will be refunded.
• For same-day collection, orders must be placed before 8am AEST.
