Top Extension

*Philips Head Screwdriver required for installation

Slide extension onto top of Patio Pet Door
Secure in place with provided screw

*Top piece can be removed to adjust minimum height. NOTE: if top piece is removed, additional height extensions cannot be installed

Middle Extension

Slide the Middle Extension onto the Lower Frame and Joiner
Tighten all 4x bolts
Slide Upper Frame on the Middle Extension and tighten all 4x bolts
Continue installation steps are per the Instruction Manual

*If pet door is fully assembled:

Undo 4x bolts at the Joiner on the pet door
Seperate the Upper and Lower Frame (leave Joiner on Lower Frame)
Slide the Middle Extension onto the Lower Frame and Joiner
Insert and tighten all 8x bolts

Bottom Riser

Align Riser with base of pet door
Slide Joining Rods into the pet door frame

We don't ship to any PO Boxes or post office addresses.

Exchange process

"So it's super weird that they sent me a link to review the top height extension, which is what I needed, but the middle extension is what arrived. . . so I thought I had accidentally ordered the wrong product but maybe I didn't and the mistake was at their end. They wanted to double check my measurements before they would send me a return label. After I did that any got the return label from them and took it to the post office they warned me that if it didn't arrive within the 30 day window from purchase they wouldn't refund it so I'm not sure where I would have been then without the goods or the refund. They organise the return postage so it is not transparent about what the return postage will be and you have to wait for them to send the label. Then I had to purchase a new product from their website, so not as easy as some exchange processes. Anyway, I did end up getting a refund of $40 out of my original $52 (using the first purchase discount code). Then I paid full price plus postage for my new item because I couldn't use the discount code again. (Dog door is in different door in photo)"
