- We ship Australia-wide, including to WA & remote areas with tracking numbers to street addresses and Parcel Lockers with some exclusions (see below).
- We don't ship to any PO Boxes or post office addresses.
- Orders are processed & dispatched at 8am AEST Mon – Fri. Orders placed after 8am will be dispatched the next business day.
- After dispatch, we are not responsible for, nor do we have any control over, possible delays made by the couriers.

Fri: 7:00 AM – 12 PM AEST
- Items left unclaimed for 2 weeks will be refunded.
- For same-day collection, orders must be placed before 8am AEST.
