"I wouldn’t call it a premium product but it does the job and the dog has no problems using it. There is quite a lot of draft that comes in through the gaps on either side and we couldn’t figure out the locking mechanism to work with our particular door but being on an upper floor in an apartment building, this isn’t a major for us."

Patio Dog Door - Amazing customer service

"I did find that the height measurement advised (plus 50mm) was still a bit less than in the specifications due to the PVC door not opening the full way which meant the small size door was 10mm too small for my dog. BUT the service support and attention to detail and care offered from the Hakuna customer support was outstanding - could not fault it at all!! The door is great and happy with the quality - the service in relation to reordering and refunding the prior door and returning left me really glad I went with this company. Congrats and thanks Mitchell!!"

I have a RottiX and the large was a good fit just needed the bottom riser to increase height of stepover. Dog weighs 32KG. It only took a day before the dog was going in and out without hesitation. Medium Size Patio Door Black

"We purchased ours 3 years ago now with 4 dogs going in and out all the time. It is still working great after all this time. I have found it to be very sturdy, it fits great if installed correctly and looks good too. For training puppys we take the magnet off for the first few days and then put it back on once they get the hang of it. We also provided a temporary step for the puppy so it was able to access it at a levelled height. I found it to be a better product than the models sold at Bunnings. I highly recommend this product."
