The Deluxe Aluminium Pet Door has a flexible TPU flap with a sleek aluminium frame, it is available in four sizes, small, medium, large, and extra large.

The Super Tough Pet Door features a durable ABS frame and hard flap with locking pins, available in three sizes, small, medium, and large.

Replacement flaps are available as spare parts, head to our spare parts page here.

1. Remove the Frame: Unscrew or remove the frame with the attached flap from the installation area.
2. Position the Flap: Place one hinge of the flap into the frame.
3. Secure the Flap: Apply pressure to the centre of the top of the flap to guide the other hinge into the corresponding hole in the frame.

Note: The flap may require some force to fit into the hinge holes, but as the plastic is slightly flexible, it should handle the pressure.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer tunnel extensions for our Super Tough pet doors. You may like to reach out to a tradesperson to see if they're able to assist with a solution.

Depending on the size and shape of your exisiting pet door you may need to adjust the cut out hole. Cut out dimensions for the Super Tough Pet Door are as follows:

SML: 212mm(W) x 287mm(H)
MED: 262mm(W) x 337mm(H)
LGE: 332mm(W) x 470mm(H)
