"I can’t complain about the email communications but the strip I bought to try and give the flap some weight and hold it in place, so we’re not getting a rushing wind through it, is far too tight to get on. It begrudgingly goes on part of the way then won’t budge. The side magnets on the flap are insufficient and the company doesn’t stock them as a separate item. So I have a useless dog door. 😔"
