- We ship Australia-wide, including to WA & remote areas with tracking provided to street addresses & Parcel Lockers with some exclusions (see below).
- We don't ship to any PO Boxes or post office addresses.
- Orders are processed & dispatched at 7am AEST Mon – Fri. Orders placed after 7am will be dispatched the next business day.
- After dispatch, we are not responsible for, nor do we have any control over, possible delays made by the couriers.

"I ordered a replacement pet door flap to fit my medium sized door. My dog has chewed the magnet strip off of the lower edge of the old one! The new one was easy to install. It doesnt come with extra screw though, so make sure you keep the original ones. Very fast shipping too!"

"My dog got her "cone of shame" all tangled up and who knows how she broke the little nub on the flap. We needed a replacement quick, as there was now a gaping hole letting all the cold air.
