- We ship Australia-wide, including to WA & remote areas with tracking provided to street addresses & Parcel Lockers with some exclusions (see below).
- We don't ship to any PO Boxes or post office addresses.
- Orders are processed & dispatched at 7am AEST Mon – Fri. Orders placed after 7am will be dispatched the next business day.
- After dispatch, we are not responsible for, nor do we have any control over, possible delays made by the couriers.

"The patio door is a great fit to my apartment. My 2 dogs use them freely to get out to courtyard and come in at their leisure. My screendoor is extra tall so I need 2x extensions to make it work, and it works well. I need to take away the flap though as my younger dog is scared of any flap doors. . . One weakness is that it cannot be locked to the existing screen door to provide extra security. But otherwise very happy with my purchase."
