Large Mesh Patio Pet Door

"This is the second Patio Pet Door I have purchased from Hakuna (as my puppy grew out of the first one). I love the versatility of the product, how easy it is to install and the freedom it gives my dog to move in and out of the house. Its also great that you can get extra accessories as my dog is particularly tall. The only thing id highlight is that there is no way to lock your door whilst using the Pet Door, so security is a factor to consider. I also found that the magnet on the bottom of the Large Pet Door doesnt seem to be as strong as the one on the Medium door."

Great Customer Service

"I ordered an incorrect sized door in error. . . . was in too much of a hurry to notice it defaults to small, and I needed a medium. Once the door arrived, the mistake was discovered. A quick email to Hakuna Pets got me on the path to returning the door, and they were great enough to send me a link for the correct sized one. :) Don't have a pic yet, but from what I saw from the incorrect order, I'm going to be very happy with this product. Being adjustable means it will fit my shorter than average doorway. Thanks for the great customer service, prompt assistance, and directions for return/refund."

Best door dorr insert we've ever had

"This Hakuna dog insert door is the best one we've ever had. It came with extras. . . . panels for doors that are exposed to the weather. We have high sliding doors that meet in the middle. I was able to buy an insert for the top part to cater for the extra height. Actually had our sliding doors been even higher there were more panels I could have bought to cater for the extra height. Our dog loves it. She can run inside and outside whenever she wants. Now we don't have any flies inside because we no longer need to leave the door open. We've had other brands in the past and this is by far the best and also the best value for money. Easy process to buy and it arrived quickly. Very happy customer."
