"The first set they sent me was damaged with a ton of scratches (with the plastic coating wrap removed) including a large crack that went all the way through the door. But their customer service was quick to send a replacement. The replacement is 100x better. Clear as day. I use this door for my cats to get from the house to the screened in patio. In Texas, it's crucial to keep out that summer heat and these panels do a great job of such. 100% recommend these panels and the door"

"THE DOGGIE DOOR IS WONDERFUL, IN THE WINTER I USE TWO. IT ALLOWS THE DOGS EASY ACCESS EVEN WHEN THE TEMPERATURE IS BELOW 0 THE HOUSE STAYS WARM. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE SECOND DOOR CAME WITHOUT THE PANELS. THEN i ORDERED THE CLEAR PANELS AND RECEIVED FROSTED ONES. NOW THAT IT'S SUMMER I REMOVED THE INNER DOOR, MY DOGS LOVE THEIR ABILITY TO ENTER AND EXIT AT THEIR DISCRETION (GREAT PRODUCT)."
